Whether you are looking for support with anxiety, stress, depression, or relationships, we provide a safe and respectful experience to address these issues and more. **If you have Employee Assistance Program or Third Party Coverage (not insurance/benefits) please book your session under EAP Therapy Services and be sure to include your employer/coverage details in the Intake Form.**
EAP Therapy Services
Our skilled and professional therapists offer counselling sessions to address individual, couple and family issues. Whether you are looking for support with anxiety, stress, depression, or relationships, we provide a safe and respectful experience to address these issues and more. ***For eligible clients who have an Employee Assistance Program with Compass as the service provider or Therapy services paid for by a third party or social service partner like Ontario Works, Victims Quick Response Program, etc.*** Please be sure to include your employer/coverage details in the Intake Form.**
Single Session Counselling
Compass offers same day, no cost counselling sessions for those wishing to speak with a therapist for a single session.
Funded Therapy Services (VAW/SA/IPV)
Our skilled and professional therapists offer fully funded counselling sessions for individuals (18+ years of age) who have experienced the impacts of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or sexual assault. Our Funded Therapy Services provide counselling support to address safety, stabilization, and traumatic stress management related to these issues.
