Deborah offers non-judgmental, empathic approach when working with individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. With a strong desire to help find hope, healing and understanding each unique story, Deborah works alongside individuals to support their journey.
Deborah’s therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, reflectiveness and a gentleness that invites clients to feel safe and supported. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and strength based.
Deborah is completing her internship from Tyndale University at Compass Community Services and will be available until April 2026.

Dwight holds a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph and is registered as a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. For over twenty years, he has supported individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
He is dedicated to helping those experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as individuals navigating significant life transitions such as loss, divorce, and retirement. Dwight believes that sharing life’s challenges within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is often the first meaningful step toward healing and growth.
