Our skilled and professional intern therapists offer counselling sessions at a reduced rate to address individual issues. Whether you are looking for support with anxiety, stress, depression, or relationships, we provide a safe and respectful experience to address these issues and more. These sessions are available to book for individuals 11 years of age or older.

Many insurance companies cover different types of credentials such as BSW, RSW, RP (Q). It is your responsibility to review the intern therapist's credentials prior to booking an appointment to ensure your insurance will cover the fees. If fees are not covered by insurance the client is responsible for paying all associated fees. All intern therapists at Compass are overseen by approved Supervisors as outlined by CRPO and OCSWSSW.


Single Session Counselling

Compass offers same day, no cost counselling sessions for those wishing to speak with a therapist for a single session.


Funded Therapy Services (VAW/SA/IPV)

Our skilled and professional therapists offer fully funded counselling sessions for individuals (18+ years of age) who have experienced the impacts of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or sexual assault. Our Funded Therapy Services provide counselling support to address safety, stabilization, and traumatic stress management related to these issues.
