Dwight holds a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph and is registered as a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. For over twenty years, he has supported individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.

He is dedicated to helping those experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as individuals navigating significant life transitions such as loss, divorce, and retirement. Dwight believes that sharing life’s challenges within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is often the first meaningful step toward healing and growth.

Outside of his clinical work, Dwight is a proud father of two adult children and the devoted owner of a Labrador Retriever named Rigby, who likely enjoys more than his fair share of treats. Originally from Nova Scotia, he remains a loyal sports fan cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, the Green Bay Packers, and the Montreal Canadians.

She has been the client and now works as a practitioner using her training and experience in Gestalt Psychotherapy. She uses anti-oppressive principles to provide a safe space in which you can explore the challenges and emotional impacts of navigating human life in a capitalist and profit driven culture and context. Helen hopes to build a safe therapeutic relationship with her clients in which you will feel safe to draw on your own strengths to pursue greater life satisfaction, healthier relationships with oneself and others and confidence in whatever your personal goals may be.
